INFORMATION FOR REGISTERING FOR THE 2010-11 CURLING SEASON
LEAGUE
FEES 2010
– 2011 CURLING SEASON
Please
note: All league games will be 8 ends.
APPLICATIONS: 1.
A
separate application form must be completed for each league in which your team(s)
is (are) curling. Please enter all
team member names, addresses and phone numbers and email addresses. 2.
Please
indicate a first and second league preference if you are registering for men’s
or mixed to assist in balancing the number of teams in each league. 3.
Applications
for the 2010-11 received at the 4.
If
you wish to rent a locker please enclose a separate cheque of $32.00 for each
locker wanted. 5.
Application
forms and fees should be returned to the 6.
In
addition to cheques and cash; Visa and Master Card payments are accepted however
in person only. ACCEPTANCE
OF APPLICATIONS: The
following conditions will dictate acceptance of an application: 1.
The application must comply with the points outlined above. 2.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis after
giving consideration to the following Priorities of Acceptance. a)
A registered team name or four returning team members during the
2009-2010 season. b)
Three team members of the 2009-2010 team in the same Men’s league.
Any two members of a Mixed team in the same league.
Three team members of the 2009-2010 team in the same Ladies’ league c)
Registered team name or four returning team members in a comparable
league during the 2009-2010 season. d)
Three members of a 2009-2010 team, in a comparable Men’s league.
Two members of a 2009-2010 team, in a comparable Mixed league.
Three team members of the 2009-2010 team in a comparable Ladies’ league e)
Two members of a 2009-2010 team in the same Men’s league. Two team
members of a 2009-2010 team in the same Ladies’ league f)
New applications from other existing leagues. g)
New applications to the club: 3.
Applications
received after September 3rd, 2010 will be accepted on a first-come basis. BONSPIEL
APPLICATIONS (EARLY BIRD): For
the first time, applicants for our leagues have an opportunity to register their
teams for the bonspiel at a discounted rate: The
following conditions will dictate acceptance of an early bird bonspiel
application: 1.
The bonspiel application (check box on league application) must be
submitted with the League application (no exceptions). 2.
The fees (full amount - $199.00 per team) must be submitted with the
league/bonspiel application. 3.
At least one member of the team must participate in order for the
bonspiel registration to be used. 4. The team may request a full refund for the bonspiel providing that the request occurs 5 days before the start of the bonspiel. |
