A Team Registration form is not available. Each team member will use the Individual Registration form to register. Team members will be linked by the Skips Name – so it is important to spell correctly!

Registration Rules


NOTE: You can register and pay for up to 3 leagues on one registration form. All applicants of a registered team (includes 5 & 6 man) are eligible to play ANY position during the regular AND playoff season.

Current Members:
Registration Deadline: June 3, 2016
Each team member must complete individual registration form.
Your team must be paid in full by this date to reserve your spot in the 2016/17 season.  After this date, unpaid spots will be filled from the wait list on a first come first serve basis.

New Members:
If your team currently does not have a spot in a league at SACC, please use the Contact Us form to send us an email requesting to be added to the 2016-17 League Wait List.  Include League, Skip Name, Phone & Email and the number of players on your team.  You will be contacted sometime after June 3 as spots become available to Wait Listed teams.

If you are an individual looking for a team, or a team looking for a new curler, please check the “Curlers/Team Wanted 2016-17” list or  Contact Us to have your name added to the list.

If your team has to pull out of a league before September 1st, 2016 you will receive a refund, though a $60.00 administration fee will apply.
If your team pulls out after September 1st, 2016, you will only be given a refund if we are able to fill your team’s slot in your league. If we do find a replacement, you will be given a full refund, minus the $60.00 administration fee. Should a replacement team NOT be found, NO refunds will be given.

Registration Acceptance
Application Criteria:
a) Four team members from the previous season.

b) Three team members from the previous season in the same Men’s or Ladies League. Any two members of a Mixed team from the previous season.

c) If any members that fit the criteria in a) or b) want to move to a comparable league, they will be given consideration over new teams.

d) If any two members in men’s, ladies, or mixed leagues would like to form a team in the same league, they will be given consideration over new teams.

e) New applications from other existing leagues.

f) New applications to the club:

– First preference given to St. Albert residents
– Second preference given to Sturgeon and District residents
– Third preference given to Greater Edmonton area resident
